00:00:00.040 --> 00:00:02.729
Hello, everybody, welcome.

00:00:02.729 --> 00:00:11.872
I know I kind of took a really quick sabbatical there from the podcast and I haven't done that in a few years.

00:00:11.872 --> 00:00:23.387
I just really needed to take the space and I'll be doing a whole nother episode on this topic or just sharing with you a little bit more about why and what's been going on with that.

00:00:23.387 --> 00:00:29.788
But I am super excited to introduce you to this episode because we're going to be talking about AI.

00:00:29.788 --> 00:00:48.226
I have been using it in some way, shape or form to help me get some time back and it is such a huge resource for me when it comes to dealing with brain fog and just not having all of the energy in the world to do some of the things I used to do with ease.

00:00:48.226 --> 00:00:58.369
And also, ai has been one of my favorite tools more specifically in the creating and managing of my podcast.

00:00:59.030 --> 00:01:13.328
I cannot tell you how much time I save having some of these tools, but in this episode we're going to be talking with one of our guests that we've had on the show before, so I'll leave a little sneak peek for you to listen to that in a second here.

00:01:13.328 --> 00:01:17.281
But we're going to talk about how to use AI authentically.

00:01:17.281 --> 00:01:24.688
We're going to talk about the things you need to put in place to make AI easy for you, so that it sounds like you.

00:01:24.688 --> 00:01:31.448
Just some of the basic things you need to know about AI, regardless of where you're hearing it from.

00:01:31.448 --> 00:01:46.233
Just some things that helps you to keep focused on what's working, what's not working, as well as just some rules to kind of have in the back of your mind that helps guide your process in using this amazing tool.

00:01:46.233 --> 00:01:49.510
And I'm doing this in a conversation with a really great guest.

00:01:49.510 --> 00:01:52.421
So all I have to say I can't wait for you to jump in.

00:01:52.421 --> 00:01:55.510
Here's a little sneak peek and stay tuned for the rest of the episode.

00:01:56.840 --> 00:02:05.129
It is kind of one of those things where it's like you know, okay, when it comes to our brand's authenticity, if it's important to you, then make it important to you.

00:02:05.129 --> 00:02:17.451
And in the age of AI, as more and more people are using these tools and it's becoming recognizable, your brand authenticity is more important than ever and it's going to allow you to stand out even more so.

00:02:22.126 --> 00:02:29.635
Welcome to Business with Chronic Illness, the globally ranked podcast for women living with chronic illness who want to start and grow a business online.

00:02:29.635 --> 00:02:30.841
I'm your host.

00:02:30.841 --> 00:02:41.575
Nikita Williams and I went from living a normal life to all of a sudden being in constant pain, with no answers to being diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses and trying to make a livable income.

00:02:41.575 --> 00:02:47.334
And trying to make a livable income, I faced the challenge of adapting traditional business advice to fit my unique circumstances.

00:02:47.334 --> 00:02:51.650
With chronic illness, feeling frustrated and more burned out than I already was.

00:02:51.650 --> 00:03:06.389
While managing my chronic illness, to becoming an award-winning coach with a flexible, sustainable online coaching business, I found the surprisingly simple steps to starting and growing a profitable business without compromising my health or my peace.

00:03:06.389 --> 00:03:10.836
Since then, I've helped dozens of women just like you learn how to do the same.

00:03:10.836 --> 00:03:16.893
If you're ready to create a thriving business that aligns with your lifestyle and well-being, you're in the right place.

00:03:16.893 --> 00:03:22.612
Together, we're shifting the narrative of what's possible for women with chronic illness and how we make a living.

00:03:22.612 --> 00:03:25.468
This is Business with Chronic Illness.

00:03:32.721 --> 00:03:36.805
I'm so excited to have Kinsey on the show again.

00:03:36.805 --> 00:03:58.146
If you all are OGs of the Crafted to Thrive community, you already know that Kinsey has been on here and a part of my journey, just as having an awesome business bestie, if you will, in my community, in my corner, and I'm just so excited to have her on.

00:03:58.146 --> 00:04:02.763
It's been forever since we've had her on the show or even on Instagram.

00:04:02.763 --> 00:04:04.866
We used to do lives together and everything.

00:04:04.866 --> 00:04:23.949
But she has gotten some really cool things in relation to AI and y'all know I kind of love AI but I also kind of am not like an expert in it, and Kinsey has definitely kind of stepped into that role and I thought who better to have on the show to talk about it?

00:04:23.949 --> 00:04:27.206
So welcome Kinsey, welcome back.

00:04:27.487 --> 00:04:30.557
Oh, my goodness, thank you so much for having me back, nikita.

00:04:30.557 --> 00:04:31.721
I'm so excited to be here.

00:04:32.322 --> 00:04:34.286
I am so excited, one of the biggest things.

00:04:34.286 --> 00:04:45.206
Before we get into the whole conversation, some of the things that I want to say first about AI is that a lot of people, especially my chronic illness warriors, know a couple of things.

00:04:45.206 --> 00:04:50.392
They know it saves some time, or it will at least, and they know it's something they can't avoid.

00:04:50.392 --> 00:04:57.161
It's kind of like when traditional photography changes and trenches and more into digital photography.

00:04:57.161 --> 00:05:00.509
You weren't going to run away from that being the fact.

00:05:00.509 --> 00:05:01.129
It's.

00:05:01.129 --> 00:05:17.086
It's here, however, there's questions, and so I know there's a lot of questions that people have about how can it be authentic, how can it actually save you time, is it worth your time and all of that jazz, and we're going to answer some of those questions, but before we do, what has been up, girl?

00:05:17.086 --> 00:05:18.250
What has been up?

00:05:21.000 --> 00:05:22.904
Oh, so many things, lady.

00:05:22.904 --> 00:05:24.408
I'm so glad you asked.

00:05:24.408 --> 00:05:25.911
Yeah, I know Basically.

00:05:25.911 --> 00:05:40.494
You know, since we last talked and your OG listeners probably know me as Kinsey from Feel Good Social and you know it's so funny I feel like over the years a lot of things change for your brand.

00:05:40.620 --> 00:05:57.444
You make lots of different pivots and all that stuff and there's still, like so many core things that just stay the same, right, and especially if you can really get to the authentic brand that you are trying to build from the get go and just be like, okay, these are my values, this is why I'm showing up all that stuff, right.

00:05:57.444 --> 00:06:19.146
So for feel good social, you know, a lot has changed in the backend what we offer and how you know, kind of how we help people and at the same time, we just still are solid in that foundation of just helping down to earth entrepreneurs show up online authentically without wasting your time or selling your soul, right, that's like the core.

00:06:19.146 --> 00:06:21.172
Oh, I just like spilled my coffee at me.

00:06:21.172 --> 00:06:22.161
I.

00:06:22.161 --> 00:06:28.665
This is why I can't hold my coffee and talk and talk at the same time, because I talk with my hands, okay.

00:06:28.665 --> 00:06:40.742
So, anyway, yeah, so that's still what we do, you know, with feel good social and whatnot we really like focus on the core messaging for your brand that feels aligned with you.

00:06:40.742 --> 00:06:53.584
You know how to show up with confidence, how to sell in a way that's not icky or sleazy, and also you know how to show up on Instagram and all the places without wasting your time in a way that works for you, right?

00:06:53.584 --> 00:07:05.016
So that is kind of how feel good social is like, aligned and honestly, too, that is what we are now bringing into our new sister brand, authentic ai, right?

00:07:05.136 --> 00:07:11.209
So you know, about a year ago, I was first starting to hear about the ai buzz.

00:07:11.209 --> 00:07:13.940
You know what I'm like, what are all these things?

00:07:13.940 --> 00:07:15.966
And I'll be honest to you, with you.

00:07:15.966 --> 00:07:19.817
My first thought was, uh, this sucks.

00:07:19.817 --> 00:07:23.105
Like, isn't the internet fake enough as it already is?

00:07:23.105 --> 00:07:26.312
Like, what's this going to do to our creativity and our critical thinking skills?

00:07:26.312 --> 00:07:29.233
I was like our robot's going to take over the world.

00:07:29.254 --> 00:07:30.240
You know, like that sort of stuff.

00:07:30.240 --> 00:07:31.963
Yeah, my robot has come to life.

00:07:33.987 --> 00:07:34.870
Terminator.

00:07:34.910 --> 00:07:35.350
Yeah.

00:07:35.430 --> 00:07:42.786
No, I know I love using all of the 80s analogy like robot movies for references and stuff with my new brand.

00:07:42.786 --> 00:07:49.334
But yeah, anyway, you know, about a year ago I was like oh man, I was such a curmudgeon about AI, if we're honest.

00:07:49.334 --> 00:08:08.656
And then I, you know, kind of was just on this long two hour drive to go do something and I was listening to podcasts and I had one of those like long drive epiphanies where I was like, oh, I am just kind of afraid of this new technology, right, like it's change.

00:08:08.656 --> 00:08:27.548
I don't know how to use, I don't know how to implement it, like, and if I'm worried about people using it in an unaligned or unauthentic way or anything like that, like why not turn toward it, get curious about it, learn more about it and then think how can we make this work for us, right?

00:08:27.548 --> 00:08:34.253
So that's kind of how Authentic AI was born from the values and all that stuff.

00:08:34.293 --> 00:08:49.750
When it comes to my Feel Good Social brand, I'm kind of taking that to AI technology and just getting curious about how can we use this in a way that feels aligned with us, how can we keep it approachable for us and how can we make it work for us and not the other way around, right?

00:08:49.750 --> 00:08:52.785
So that's kind of what I've been up to in the past year.

00:08:52.785 --> 00:09:06.903
Now I've just been really trying to deep dive into AI technology and AI tools and let me tell you it's a lot, but it is really, really helpful, and you know we're figuring it out, so that's why I'm here today.

00:09:06.923 --> 00:09:18.191
It's so cool, though, kinsey, because it does really align with like feel good, social in a way, because you're what I've always like admired and like really loved about.

00:09:18.191 --> 00:09:19.653
Like you and your brand.

00:09:19.653 --> 00:09:32.828
It is truly like finding that story, finding a way to tell your story and also serve your people, and with AI, that is kind of like you said.

00:09:32.828 --> 00:09:48.202
It's kind of like the elephant in the room, like how do you do that authentically when everyone's putting like I, this is what I imagine, and so y'all please bear with me I imagine like this, like machine, which it technically is.

00:09:48.202 --> 00:10:36.960
Let's be real, this machine, and we're all like plugged into it and we're all sending our so-called information and it's deciding, you know, whether or not it's good, not good, relevant, and is a part of us all being kind of like chopped up, right, and I think there's a weird feeling when it comes to like AI when I think about it, but I know that there are people using it authentically in a way that really aligns with telling their story, and I also feel like your brand has kind of always been the place where people can go to be themselves, so I know that, whatever you're going to be talking about AI, it's like it has to be related to that, because there is no other way that Kinsey can be like.

00:10:36.960 --> 00:10:38.162
It has to be authentic.

00:10:38.162 --> 00:10:45.842
So I loved when I saw you start like sprinkling things out there with this and I was like I can't wait to see what she does.

00:10:45.903 --> 00:10:59.846
Because one of the things that I told everyone when AI started coming around like with my clients and my community is, like all these experts quote unquote about AI are newbies, just like everybody else.

00:10:59.846 --> 00:11:08.224
Okay, so they might be spending more time and hours on there, but they're still discovering how these things, tools, work.

00:11:08.224 --> 00:11:15.515
So don't beat yourself up that you don't know all the things, because literally this is really new in the context of how we're using it.

00:11:15.515 --> 00:11:26.115
Ai has been around way more than you know chat, gpt it has been around before that, but the way that the masses can now use it has definitely changed.

00:11:26.115 --> 00:11:31.596
So what has, in your, like you said, you were kind of like I don't know.

00:11:31.596 --> 00:11:38.053
I don't know if I want to be doing this, but if I'm going to do it, I got to make it work for us.

00:11:38.053 --> 00:11:46.500
What was the biggest sticky point for you in that Like I got to make this work for for me and then, like the people, I want to serve.

00:11:47.583 --> 00:11:49.207
Oh yeah, oh for sure.

00:11:49.207 --> 00:11:52.537
And I just have to say too, like, definitely I.

00:11:52.537 --> 00:11:56.004
I have trouble calling myself an AI expert.

00:11:56.085 --> 00:12:13.062
I've been using AI nerd more, so just cause, that's what more aligns with me, but exactly it's like anyone and everyone can feel like they're behind when it comes to this and really the shift is remembering that like no, you're actually just like on the forefront in a way.

00:12:13.062 --> 00:12:16.791
You know everyone is just learning about AI technology.

00:12:16.791 --> 00:12:28.105
I do not feel like an expert at all when it comes to a lot of stuff with AI technology and I feel like, you know, I do know somewhat and I want to share and I want to continue learning together.

00:12:28.166 --> 00:12:28.326
Right.

00:12:28.527 --> 00:12:31.662
So, yeah, for sure, if you're feeling behind, you're not.

00:12:31.662 --> 00:12:37.693
But when it comes to the sticky points with AI, oh for sure, there were so many.

00:12:37.693 --> 00:12:39.023
I have felt all the things.

00:12:39.023 --> 00:12:52.253
I had to go through the ringer with myself when it came to, like, the mindset shifts of this stuff Because, like I said, you know, my one of one of my main issues that I was having with it was the authenticity thing.

00:12:52.253 --> 00:12:56.110
For sure, of course, isn't the internet fake enough as it is?

00:12:56.110 --> 00:13:08.494
It's like the first thing that came to mind and you know I will say that, as more people are using AI technology, I am seeing more and more recognizable AI written content.

00:13:08.514 --> 00:13:13.868
Oh my God Right, yes, I can spot it a mile away.

00:13:13.868 --> 00:13:15.605
People, I can spot it a mile away.

00:13:18.220 --> 00:13:21.279
Today on my Authentic AI Instagram, I'm like putting on Instagram stories.

00:13:21.279 --> 00:13:28.004
Like I got three emails that started with the subject line unlock the power of today.

00:13:28.004 --> 00:13:32.774
You know like no, you know, stop telling me to leverage things.

00:13:32.774 --> 00:13:35.769
You know, not everything is crucial.

00:13:35.769 --> 00:13:39.341
Like all these, like different tropes that you can totally pick out now.

00:13:39.743 --> 00:13:48.831
But it is kind of one of those things where it's like, you know, okay, when it comes to our brands, authenticity, if it's important to you, then make it important to you.

00:13:48.831 --> 00:14:01.221
And and in the age of AI, as more and more people are using these tools and it's becoming recognizable like your brand, authenticity is more important than ever and it's going to allow you to stand out even more so.

00:14:01.361 --> 00:14:01.702
Right.

00:14:01.743 --> 00:14:18.601
So, uh, I love that and also, ultimately, like, you, are the gatekeeper of your brand and you're allowed to use these tools in the way that aligns with you and use them and make sure that everything that's sending your way is through the filter of your brand and feels authentic to you, right?

00:14:18.601 --> 00:14:27.764
So it's kind of a non-issue, as long as you stay the head of your brand and you don't let AI run the show, which I don't think any of your people will.

00:14:28.325 --> 00:14:59.043
Yeah, no, I mean, I saw on LinkedIn because I've been dabbling in LinkedIn lately but I saw on LinkedIn this post that was like, you know, if you use AI to its like non-primed, non-finesse, non-branded up kind of version, it's okay in a pickle, like a literal pickle, it was like literally a pickle, but it's not anything.

00:14:59.082 --> 00:15:04.313
You want to be using like all of the time because you're so right.

00:15:04.313 --> 00:15:07.363
Using like all of the time because you're so right.

00:15:07.363 --> 00:15:17.628
That's the first thing I thought with AI is, like, as helpful and as useful as I believe it is and can be and will be, how much more important is the human factor needed?

00:15:17.628 --> 00:15:19.815
Like we need to continue.

00:15:19.815 --> 00:15:22.000
Like that is the thing that people are going to crave.

00:15:22.000 --> 00:15:27.349
More to your point about all of those email subject lines.

00:15:27.349 --> 00:15:31.514
Like we are going to be so like where's the people at Cause this, ain't it?

00:15:31.514 --> 00:15:33.123
So I love.

00:15:33.123 --> 00:15:36.971
I love that being the taking to the point that we are the gatekeepers of that.

00:15:36.971 --> 00:15:41.611
We ultimately have the say in how we're going to tweak this to keep it human.

00:15:42.879 --> 00:16:20.383
Yeah, I mean, and ultimately, too, like I like to say that authentic AI takes a human first approach to AI, and what I have found is that when you bring your own brand, opinions, ideas, personality to this software and allow it to help you with those right, it's about amplifying your own expertise, amplifying your own brand, not replacing it, right, not having it do the work for you, having it help you along the way, right, and so that's how you get the most unique responses out of it.

00:16:20.783 --> 00:16:28.369
It really is how you can work with it and have this tool help you without being like write me 10 blog posts, you know.

00:16:28.369 --> 00:16:41.730
Like I was just writing a sales page for my new course yesterday and I was like this course is not for you if you are just like looking to churn out like as much content as possible and not care about like the quality or the alignment.

00:16:41.730 --> 00:16:50.128
Right, like, because you know there are people out there using AI for that and, honestly, it's not even just like an alignment value thing.

00:16:50.128 --> 00:16:51.110
That's an issue with that.

00:16:51.110 --> 00:17:01.470
It is becoming like a strategy issue too, because Google is putting out all these updates where it's like shutting down websites with like kind of crappy content that isn't helpful, right?

00:17:01.470 --> 00:17:04.529
So it's like, no, like this is the most strategic way to do it.

00:17:28.779 --> 00:17:30.944
It's the most aligned way to do it and it's going to be AI, if you're like me.

00:17:30.944 --> 00:17:32.949
I have been playing with it, I have used it, me and Chachi.

00:17:32.949 --> 00:17:35.843
I call it Chachi because the person that I learned AI from.

00:17:35.843 --> 00:17:39.732
She calls it Chachi and I just think it's the cutest name ever to call ChachiBT.

00:17:39.732 --> 00:18:01.520
So when you hear me say Chachi, I'm talking about chat, gpt, ok, people, but Chachi and I have conversations all of the time because I love using the app on my phone, because you can literally have a conversation and you can record things which obviously you guys hello, that's like my life, right?

00:18:01.520 --> 00:18:17.152
So it has made it easier for me to kind of frame Chachi to be more like how I want it to be when I'm asking it to create or finesse something that I've said with my style.

00:18:17.152 --> 00:18:19.363
But what is the hardest?

00:18:19.363 --> 00:18:25.299
What is the hardest step of one at accepting that AI is okay?

00:18:25.299 --> 00:18:30.553
And then number two how do you like start dipping your toe into it?

00:18:30.553 --> 00:18:32.006
Like, how do you start using it?

00:18:32.941 --> 00:18:35.970
Yeah, I love that you called it that you call it chat.

00:18:36.480 --> 00:18:49.246
That is like so much easier to say than chat GPT too, and, like I have trained myself to be able to finally say chat GPT correctly, because I could not spit it out for the longest time.

00:18:49.246 --> 00:18:51.847
But okay, so let's think about this.

00:18:51.847 --> 00:19:07.521
So, when it comes to just starting to dip your toes into using tools like chat GPT and all that different stuff, I think, firstly, it can be like, you know, a little bit scary feeling to get started, or you don't know, you know, like, how to use it or what to ask it.

00:19:07.521 --> 00:19:13.568
You know you're worried about the tech and all that different stuff, and so there's just like a little bit of a hurdle getting over that.

00:19:13.568 --> 00:19:18.003
First, like opening it up and typing something into the chat window, right.

00:19:18.003 --> 00:19:54.588
So if you haven't done that yet that is where I would start I would probably just open up chat GPT you know just Google ChatGPT it's free and then just like introduce yourself, right, just like if you don't know what to say, if you don't have a specific question to ask, then just introduce yourself, tell it a little bit about your brand, you know, and it will suggest ways that it can help you, which is kind of fun, right, and if you're over that initial hurdle, then the biggest challenge is the overwhelm of possibilities.

00:19:54.608 --> 00:20:01.528
I would say, all the different things that this can do, and or just like realizing, like what it actually can do and what it can help with you, it with you, with I can't say.

00:20:01.528 --> 00:20:14.788
But you know, just like it's so funny because at first it's like a little bit of a fear to start using it, and then after it's a little bit of the overwhelm of oh my gosh, there are so many things I can do with this, there are so many ideas.

00:20:14.788 --> 00:20:16.921
That's throwing my way and all the different stuff.

00:20:16.921 --> 00:20:34.397
So I always like to tell people to, once you get over that initial hump, kind of start slow, you know, take it one task, one tool and one day at a time and really think about the ways like, how can AI help me in my business?

00:20:34.397 --> 00:20:42.261
How can I incorporate this into the workflows that I already have established and that are working for myself and my business and all that stuff?

00:20:42.261 --> 00:20:50.315
Because, too, once you kind of get into that AI world, a lot of people, there's a lot of AI pushers out there.

00:20:50.420 --> 00:20:55.553
That's what I've been calling them lately where they're like you're not using AI for this yet.

00:20:55.553 --> 00:20:59.497
Oh, you're not having it write all of your emails for you and all of your captions.

00:20:59.497 --> 00:21:01.523
You're not using this tool or that tool or that?

00:21:01.523 --> 00:21:03.188
Oh, you have to try this tool.

00:21:03.188 --> 00:21:07.184
And I'm like guys, no, this is like way too overwhelming, right?

00:21:07.204 --> 00:21:24.137
So like just remembering that like you don't have to use it for everything, and like you can slowly start to get curious about it, integrate it into your workflow and then, slowly, as you get more used to it, you'll be able to figure out the ways that it works for you more easily, right, so just take a deep breath and it's going to be okay.

00:21:24.137 --> 00:21:35.009
Also, having an organization system like a Google doc open is great for that anxiety that you feel when you're like there's so many good ideas here, but I just have to choose one.

00:21:35.009 --> 00:21:36.821
But I don't want to lose all these ideas.

00:21:36.821 --> 00:21:41.382
And and then you can kind of turn into that deer in headlights where you're like I don't know what to do.

00:21:41.382 --> 00:21:45.768
You know, just having a Google doc to help you like organize your ideas is really great too.

00:21:46.088 --> 00:21:52.163
Yeah, so that's a real thing, especially if you ever asked Chachi, what can I do with this?

00:21:52.163 --> 00:21:57.337
You're like and you're like oh, I didn't have a clue.

00:21:57.337 --> 00:21:59.682
I only thought of two of those things on that list.

00:21:59.682 --> 00:22:01.826
I didn't think of any of the other ones.

00:22:01.826 --> 00:22:27.270
But speaking of what to do with Chachi, like what are some of the first things someone can use in order to give them some time back, in order to give them some, some creative juice, even if, if you will, oh yeah, and again, you know there's so many different ways that you can use this tool.

00:22:27.412 --> 00:22:36.396
I'm going to list a few, not even close to all of them, and so, and you know, just take what feels like the most helpful for you today.

00:22:36.396 --> 00:22:55.317
Right, but you know, I think that when it comes to tools like chat, gpt, that are generative text tools and stuff, a lot of times people the first thing they think about it is like right, I'm going to have it write my emails for me, I'm going to have it write my captions for me, all that different stuff.

00:22:55.317 --> 00:23:00.731
And yeah, that's great, but that's actually not even my favorite way to use it.

00:23:00.731 --> 00:23:04.696
Necessarily, that's great, but that's actually not even my favorite way to use it.

00:23:04.696 --> 00:23:06.660
Necessarily, I really love to use it for ideation.

00:23:06.660 --> 00:23:07.260
I will break.

00:23:07.260 --> 00:23:08.883
I have, I'm an Enneagram seven.

00:23:13.484 --> 00:23:20.070
I have so many shiny object ideas every day and I'm like will brain dump all of my different ideas into chat GPT and be like help me organize this into something that's like tangible, help me outline this.

00:23:20.070 --> 00:23:23.047
I will go back and forth with it, asking it questions.

00:23:23.047 --> 00:23:29.788
I'll be like oh, I really think that we need to add a part here that kind of has to do with something like this.

00:23:29.788 --> 00:23:34.707
Can you help me, like solidify this idea or like do you think that is a good idea?

00:23:34.707 --> 00:23:39.967
You know I'll ask it like and or I'll have it play like devil's advocate like what are we missing here?

00:23:39.967 --> 00:23:41.238
Like what would be the objections to this?

00:23:41.238 --> 00:23:42.221
You know I'll have it play like devil's advocate, like what are we missing here?

00:23:42.221 --> 00:23:42.590
Like, what would be the objections to this?

00:23:43.511 --> 00:23:46.876
I love using it for ideal customer profiles.

00:23:46.876 --> 00:23:50.721
To getting into the head of my ideal customers is wonderful.

00:23:50.721 --> 00:23:56.917
I love using it for outlining meeting notes and or podcast episodes or whatever it is.

00:23:56.917 --> 00:24:04.128
Throwing transcripts from my meetings or my podcast into it and have it pull quotes for me, have it write show notes for me, have it.

00:24:04.128 --> 00:24:09.894
If it's a client meeting, have it write an action list for me or to do list, you know, for each of us.

00:24:09.894 --> 00:24:19.298
You know whatever that looks like and, of course, you know brainstorming content ideas, creating a content calendar, all that different stuff.

00:24:19.298 --> 00:24:24.507
Content calendar all that different stuff.

00:24:24.507 --> 00:24:25.990
It can also like help you respond to client or to just emails in general.

00:24:25.990 --> 00:24:45.188
Right, and this is actually something you could automate if you wanted to with like Zapier or something you could connect chat GPT to your Gmail and have it automatically read every email and draft a response for you and and you could have it send the response.

00:24:45.268 --> 00:24:51.950
You could automate that I don't think that that is yeah but as nifty stuff.

00:24:52.250 --> 00:25:06.036
no, yeah, you can totally connect it with zap to your gmail and it'll just draft like response for you and then all you have to do is go in, read the email, read the response and like change whatever is needed to be changed and then hit send Right Like.

00:25:06.036 --> 00:25:08.798
So that's a really cool automation thing that you could do.

00:25:08.798 --> 00:25:16.505
There's just so many things girl.

00:25:16.525 --> 00:25:28.421
Yeah, it's kind of interesting because when I was talking with a client recently about podcasting and she was like I want to start a podcast but it's so hard, and I laughed and I didn't mean to like laugh at her, but I was like I started my podcast back in 2017.

00:25:28.421 --> 00:25:32.915
None of these AI tools didn't even exist.

00:25:32.915 --> 00:25:39.491
The editing portion, I mean, the script, wasn't even on a blip Squadcast wasn't even really there.

00:25:39.491 --> 00:25:50.979
I don't think, like all of these tools that we use now to just take the content we're producing and then create stuff and then edit stuff.

00:25:50.979 --> 00:25:57.017
Like I have saved so much time in my process of just having some of these tools.

00:25:57.017 --> 00:25:59.450
So it's not just chat GPT, right, it's.

00:25:59.450 --> 00:26:00.973
There's so many other tools.

00:26:00.973 --> 00:26:04.671
It's this new tool that I'm using, called Fathom, for my meeting notes.

00:26:04.671 --> 00:26:11.711
Oh my God, it is the most amazing AI companion in your Zoom meetings ever.

00:26:11.711 --> 00:26:35.000
I don't have to send anything other than a link because it already has outlined like takeaways and it directly connects it to, like, a specific point in the conversation that we were talking about, like someone can click on and it goes right to that that timestamp, versus like a human having to do that, Like the computer already did it Right.

00:26:35.000 --> 00:26:36.826
So there's just so many different ways.

00:26:36.826 --> 00:26:38.710
Like you said, there's different apps.

00:26:38.710 --> 00:26:50.593
It's not just chat, it's not just Chachi as much as we love Chachi, it's great, but there's other AI tools now that you can use for other form automations, and I didn't know that about Gmail.

00:26:50.593 --> 00:26:51.976
That's cool.

00:26:52.076 --> 00:26:58.698
There's something about that, though, that kind of freaks me out, which is I don't want Chachi reading all my emails.

00:26:58.698 --> 00:27:09.117
You know, like I'm okay with you not doing that I have a person doing that at this point and I'm good with that but I don't know about Chachi reading all of that.

00:27:09.117 --> 00:27:14.037
So, like that's another thing that's really of a concern for a lot of my clients.

00:27:14.037 --> 00:27:19.010
So privacy and like worrying about the security around.

00:27:19.010 --> 00:27:27.201
You know, can I trust this not to be like sent out to the universe meta?

00:27:27.201 --> 00:27:29.028
You know how is that?

00:27:29.028 --> 00:27:36.076
How are you, how are you navigating that, or what have you found to be things to consider when that comes to that?

00:27:36.865 --> 00:27:40.776
Yeah, definitely, I know that is such a legit concern.

00:27:40.776 --> 00:28:16.451
For sure, no-transcript right, because, for example, chat gpt is allowed to use anything that you input into the platform to train its future models.

00:28:16.872 --> 00:28:57.807
that doesn't mean it's so funny to see all these things coming out, because you know some people I think it was samsung was trying to sue open ai because they're like part of our new code got out or so I don't even know what happened and, like you know, it doesn't mean that, like anything you put in it, there is always gonna turn up, like on google, like word for word, exactly what you input, but the platform could learn from the knowledge that you put in there and possibly integrate it into results that it's sharing with other people, which then means that your ideas might not be considered your own in the future necessarily.

00:28:57.807 --> 00:28:58.509
You know what I mean.

00:28:58.509 --> 00:29:14.651
Although, if you have been sharing, you know, if you are one of those OG people who has been just sharing this knowledge with people online, then you do have copyright, you know protection, which is great, but you know all this stuff is just evolving as more tools are becoming more mainstream.

00:29:14.651 --> 00:29:38.769
But it is important to know that, like what you put into chat, gpt can be used unless you do upgrade to the teams version, which then that automatically does not use the information you input into it to train its future platforms, and I'm pretty sure there's a toggle on and toggle off for privacy stuff if you're using the pro version of chat gpt.

00:29:38.809 --> 00:29:51.830
So just to keep in mind with that, but also, too, I think that it's important for us to think about allowing the people who we are working in tandem with to opt in to using ai tools as well, right?

00:29:51.830 --> 00:30:03.868
So whenever I'm using ai tools with client work and whatnot, I will make sure that I just ask them permission to be able to throw our meeting notes into chat GPT to be able to do whatever.

00:30:03.868 --> 00:30:20.808
If I'm working with a like offer, launch, client or something you know, and I really want to go back forth with chat GPT to brainstorm and help create her copy and whatnot, then I will make sure that I ask her permission and my people have never had an issue with that so far.

00:30:20.808 --> 00:30:24.269
If they have any hesitations, I know how to explain it to them and all that other stuff.

00:30:24.310 --> 00:30:54.994
But you know it's not just chad gpt, it's also, you know, fathom, for example, and I don't know as much about fathom, but like I have heard a couple of horrors or sorry it's not whatever, uh, but you know of people having an AI meeting assistant, you know, and then the settings just being automatically, that's automatically jumping into every meeting that you have and recording it, and having people get mad at them because they're like I don't want this meeting recorded or like put out there, right.

00:30:55.035 --> 00:30:57.452
So, yeah, I will say about Fathom just real quick.

00:30:57.452 --> 00:31:05.915
There is a setting in the backend that, before it pops into someone's screen, there's a way for you to say, hey, are you okay with this?

00:31:05.915 --> 00:31:15.568
Because, like hello, it's just like kind of like Zoom has that, like do you want to be recorded?

00:31:15.568 --> 00:31:16.490
Like thing that pops up when it's recorded.

00:31:16.490 --> 00:31:22.345
Fathom has the same exact tool of being like hey, this is you know such and such and you have such and you have to opt in for the permission.

00:31:22.345 --> 00:31:25.109
But, yeah, y'all ask permission.

00:31:25.109 --> 00:31:33.588
We are in these weird times with things I feel like, with AI being like asking permission.

00:31:33.588 --> 00:31:46.095
It's to use these tools, especially in a client relationship or letting them know it is a tool that you will be using and if they have any issues with it, to let you know.

00:31:46.095 --> 00:32:04.972
So I totally agree with you, especially, and I would also add to like, if you're going to use AI, that I have found like with I don't know transcripts or something, even from a podcast or from a conversation, is to remove people's names, like identifying, like locations and names, and things like that from the text.

00:32:04.972 --> 00:32:07.032
That I have found is really helpful as well.

00:32:07.605 --> 00:32:14.135
Most of us just know at this point, like, let's be real, this is my own like thoughts about AI Kinsey.

00:32:14.135 --> 00:32:18.576
I mean, where do we think they got this stuff in the first place?

00:32:18.576 --> 00:32:21.352
Like we're.

00:32:21.352 --> 00:32:28.018
I mean, granted, are we hearing more things about privacy laws and all this kind of stuff and like pixels and how those things?

00:32:28.018 --> 00:32:32.134
But literally for years they have been listening to our conversations anyway.

00:32:32.134 --> 00:32:33.526
So it's kind of like to me.

00:32:33.526 --> 00:32:41.758
It's like this was just an inevitable like evolution of what we were already experiencing in a way anyway.

00:32:41.758 --> 00:32:52.592
And so at least now we know and we can choose to like opt in versus being like, kind of like in this weird verse of like oh, is that happening, or is that not happening?

00:32:52.592 --> 00:32:53.032
Or wait.

00:32:53.032 --> 00:32:58.155
I was on my phone, I was just talking to my friend and it popped up an ad of the exact thing I was just talking about.

00:32:58.155 --> 00:33:03.329
Like these things were already happening before we even are saying yes to them.

00:33:03.329 --> 00:33:05.355
So it's just something to put into context.

00:33:05.355 --> 00:33:11.032
I think, around like privacy quote unquote when it comes to using AI.

00:33:13.097 --> 00:33:14.601
I totally agree.

00:33:14.601 --> 00:33:15.423
I mean it is.

00:33:15.423 --> 00:33:28.361
It's pretty funny, like when you kind of start using AI tools in general, you're like, oh, I've been like using AI tools for years and or oh, that's AI.

00:33:28.361 --> 00:33:32.034
You know, like this has been around.

00:33:32.034 --> 00:33:33.910
It's just now that we're becoming.

00:33:33.910 --> 00:33:42.633
It's becoming more mainstream, more understood and the tools are more accessible to us to be able to use ourselves Right.

00:33:42.673 --> 00:33:45.349
So, yeah, it's really cool, it's just being aware.

00:33:45.349 --> 00:33:51.390
I always just encourage people to understand how they feel about it themselves Right.

00:33:51.390 --> 00:33:58.453
And also, especially if you are working with clients and you're using any tools like this, just prep yourself for the conversations.

00:33:58.453 --> 00:34:07.247
You know like your clients might have questions, so prep yourself with yeah, this is why I'm using it, this is how I'm using it and this is why it's not that scary.

00:34:07.247 --> 00:34:12.485
But you do have the opportunity to say no to using it if you want, like whatever it needs to be.

00:34:12.485 --> 00:34:16.436
Prep yourself with that, just so that you're not like caught off guard and scared.

00:34:16.436 --> 00:34:24.025
But these kinds of conversations are definitely going to become more and more like normal for people as we're all working together.

00:34:24.465 --> 00:34:30.898
And I also think if you pay for a tool, you have a little bit more privacy and connection with the tool that's using AI.

00:34:30.898 --> 00:34:34.173
So, yes, there are a lot of free versions of things.

00:34:34.173 --> 00:34:42.525
My husband works in the tech world and he's always talking about like these forums that use certain chat GPT for like code and all like all this stuff.

00:34:42.525 --> 00:34:50.009
Don't ask me because that's not my world, but like it's free source, anybody can come in and go in and no one's paying for it.

00:34:50.009 --> 00:34:59.427
But when you put something behind a paywall, usually there's a little bit more protections, not just for you, but also for the people who are allowing you this use, this use the tool.

00:34:59.427 --> 00:35:00.150
So that's something to consider too.

00:35:00.170 --> 00:35:02.324
Um, I definitely pay for the people who are allowing you to use the tool, so that's something to consider too.

00:35:02.324 --> 00:35:13.876
I definitely pay for the upgraded Chachi just because I feel like, okay, there is some protection there and you can also put like what I have found very useful.

00:35:13.876 --> 00:35:27.208
So this is like a little trick for you all and I think you mentioned this before but, like, if you don't know what these privacy terms are and all these things, use the free version of Chachi and just copy and paste all that and say what does this mean?

00:35:27.208 --> 00:35:35.938
And like layman's terms, and then you'll be like, oh then you kind of know, like in within like two minutes, versus you having to read the whole thing.

00:35:35.938 --> 00:35:38.744
Just something to put out there to save you some time.

00:35:38.744 --> 00:35:41.469
They put out there to save you some time.

00:35:41.489 --> 00:35:53.195
People say that they've used that for like like contracts and stuff too, like reading contracts, Like is there anything I should be concerned about here or whatever, and like yeah, it really is nice for summarizing, for sure.

00:35:54.648 --> 00:36:03.391
So when it comes to time like, how much time does it take to start using these tools and does it really save you time?

00:36:07.010 --> 00:36:07.974
I love this question.

00:36:07.974 --> 00:36:13.157
It's so true because it can be a time suck, just like everything else.

00:36:13.157 --> 00:36:22.525
Girl, I think that the reason I'm like loving approaching AI technology so much is because I definitely relate it in so many ways to Instagram too.

00:36:22.525 --> 00:36:23.228
You know what I mean.

00:36:23.228 --> 00:36:26.817
Like, it can be a time suck and it doesn't have to be in one that right.

00:36:26.905 --> 00:36:38.813
So like that, I think it's really important to definitely like, as you start to dip your toes into the world of AI and stuff, really be thinking about what do I need help with?

00:36:38.813 --> 00:36:58.414
Right and like, how can I fit this into my workflow, my tasks, in a way that makes sense and is going to save me time and not get sucked down and or setting boundaries right Of like getting sucked down the rabbit hole that can become chat a conversation with Catchy VT.

00:36:58.414 --> 00:37:23.568
So it's like you know, really thinking about I I have it right, copy for me for sure, and I especially think that I use it more to write copy for me when, because I am testing it so much for, like my students and whatnot right and trying to figure out like different techniques and whatnot, but I'm fairly decent at writing copy and like writing my own captions and whatnot Right.

00:37:23.568 --> 00:37:38.635
So what I will do is like start writing something and when I hit a like block that's when I go to chat GPT and I have it like help me work through the block, right, so I'll copy paste exactly what I've already written into chat GPT.

00:37:38.635 --> 00:37:40.088
I'll give it context of.

00:37:40.148 --> 00:37:52.217
This is what I'm going for and this is where I want the post to end up, or like this is the point that I'm trying to make, right, or whatever it is, and I'll have it finish the post for me, and or what I'm like.

00:37:52.217 --> 00:37:57.572
I want to say this thing, but like I can't, I don't know how to say it.

00:37:57.572 --> 00:38:19.608
You know, like of those little things that would have taken me freaking an hour before right To like find the perfect way to say it, and so it is so much faster to work through with chat GPT, right and so, and so it's really, um, once you start using it, you don't have to have it right, every single piece of copy for you.

00:38:19.608 --> 00:38:36.572
You know, remembering that, remembering that it's a tool to help you in the process, and also, I think, improving your critical thinking and decision-making skills, is good, too right, because, again, it's like endless possibilities, endless options.

00:38:36.572 --> 00:38:38.777
You can have chat GPT, rewrite something for you.

00:38:38.925 --> 00:38:41.266
A thousand times, you know.

00:38:41.286 --> 00:38:53.137
Yeah, and so it's like just being able to really like think okay, is it like once again, progress over perfection or whatever it is you know like is this good?

00:38:53.137 --> 00:38:58.322
Okay, we're doing this, we're taking it, we're rolling, we're keeping like the momentum going Right.

00:38:58.322 --> 00:39:06.409
So I think it definitely can save you time and it's really.

00:39:06.409 --> 00:39:16.242
But it's also like keeping yourself in check, making sure that you're using it for what you need to use it for, making sure that there's different techniques you can use as well to get it to give you what like as close to what you want from the get-go versus.

00:39:16.242 --> 00:39:23.675
I know that another time sucking situation with chachi pt is like teeth trying to get what you want out of Chachi.

00:39:23.675 --> 00:39:32.009
You go like try to use it for like a quick question and all of a sudden, 30 minutes later, you're like it would have been faster if I would have just done this myself.

00:39:32.088 --> 00:39:32.409
Right.

00:39:32.409 --> 00:39:36.909
So it's like also just kind of like improving your like smaller.

00:39:36.909 --> 00:39:48.878
You know easy prompting techniques to make sure that you're using it in a way that's going to be helpful for you instead of being like a pain in your you know like so true.

00:39:49.358 --> 00:39:52.009
Oh, my gosh, that's so true, it's huge.

00:39:52.009 --> 00:39:56.237
I have found prompting is very important for my use of chat GPT.

00:39:56.237 --> 00:40:09.945
But when we talk about time, and you're so right, it's like every tool y'all, like, every tool you can like, there's good versus evil in every tool, like this really is, and it's the same thing with chachi.

00:40:09.945 --> 00:40:18.965
So, like for for the person who is like all right, all right, kenty, you kind of sold me on the fact.

00:40:18.965 --> 00:40:21.494
I should at least start dipping my toe into this.

00:40:22.324 --> 00:40:27.418
Let's say that they are going to use this to help them with their emails, right?

00:40:27.418 --> 00:40:33.498
And I'm going to say emails just because y'all know me, and emails, pray, we work together.

00:40:33.498 --> 00:40:41.451
We work together, but pray, no, y'all know me and emails are a love-hate relationship, okay, y'all know me and emails are a love-hate relationship, okay.

00:40:41.451 --> 00:40:48.757
So I am not a writer, even though people keep telling me I'm good at writing and I'm like y'all are cute, y'all just don't know.

00:40:48.757 --> 00:40:55.282
I just say what I'm saying and then I ask Chachi to make it sound like me, but keep it clear and quick.

00:40:55.282 --> 00:41:04.793
But anyway, how can someone like start using it for like quote, unquote emails Like they want to start sending, like nurturing emails.

00:41:04.793 --> 00:41:06.724
They want to start sending sales emails.

00:41:06.724 --> 00:41:16.900
How do they incorporate or create a foundation of steps to infuse their authentic brand into creating emails?

00:41:17.865 --> 00:41:21.860
Oh, I love this too, because I literally kind of got sidetracked.

00:41:21.860 --> 00:41:27.414
I've, girl, I have, like you know, my feel-good social projects going on in my authentic AI project.

00:41:27.414 --> 00:41:34.443
I'm like, but it's kind of okay for my like shiny object brain in a way, you know, so it works for me it's fine.

00:41:34.443 --> 00:41:36.088
But I literally just did this the other day.

00:41:36.088 --> 00:41:40.586
I wrote I was like I just got into the zone I was working on an authentic AI project.

00:41:40.586 --> 00:41:44.396
All of a sudden I was like, oh, I have to go write this thing for feel good social.

00:41:44.396 --> 00:41:52.648
And I hopped over there and I'm like in the zone I'm using Chachi Petit to write a new welcome sequence for this summit that I'm going to be a part of.

00:41:52.648 --> 00:41:56.637
And it's like branding rituals for fiction authors, right.

00:41:56.637 --> 00:42:03.443
And I was like, shoot, I can't just use my normal welcome sequence because it's really aimed at entrepreneurs.

00:42:03.443 --> 00:42:16.244
I was like I really need to draft a whole new welcome sequence for these fiction authors who are coming onto my list for branding that introduces them to feel good social and then authentic AI and all that different stuff.

00:42:16.364 --> 00:42:24.599
So I go over to my ChatGPT and I had it write this whole email sequence with me.

00:42:24.599 --> 00:42:26.092
Like it didn't write it for me.

00:42:26.092 --> 00:42:38.065
It wrote it with me, right, but it literally took like it took me like an hour for like five emails that I'm really proud of, you know, and I was like, wow, this is awesome, so it totally is possible.

00:42:38.065 --> 00:42:42.407
But the reason I was able to do that is a few different things, right?

00:42:42.407 --> 00:42:57.659
The first thing that we need to always remember especially especially if you are getting ChatGPT right copy for you, but really anything, if you're using it for anything in your business is we need to train ChatGPT on our brand persona, right.

00:42:57.659 --> 00:43:02.422
So this is something that more people are talking about online in the AI space.

00:43:02.485 --> 00:43:14.949
But they weren't enough, especially when I first started dipping my toes into it is people are just like dishing up all the prompts, like 100 prompts for whatever you know, and they're not like saying anything about.

00:43:15.148 --> 00:43:31.005
Tell chat GPT who your brand is, chat gpt who the heck you're speaking to, aka your ideal customers, and also tell chat gpt what your brand's personality, persona, writing style, tone of voice is right.

00:43:31.005 --> 00:43:46.996
And that's really where it's helpful for the copywriting part, because if you can change on your tone of voice and writing style then it will dish up something that way more sounds like you from the get go than like if you don't at all right.

00:43:46.996 --> 00:43:51.009
So training on your brand is the very first step.

00:43:51.009 --> 00:44:09.798
And then I will say, for the email writing thing and the email sequence especially like that or writing blogs or even creating your social media content plan and stuff, I like to start big picture and slowly move in or go in like a step by step way, right.

00:44:09.798 --> 00:44:24.853
So a lot of times people will go to chat and be like write me a blog post or write me an email sequence and they're expecting just like seven emails like all perfectly worded straight out of chat A random person that it doesn't know anything about.

00:44:26.385 --> 00:44:27.650
That it doesn't know anything about.

00:44:27.650 --> 00:44:29.596
Yeah, exactly.

00:44:29.596 --> 00:44:41.603
So, for example, with my email sequence I just wrote for the fiction writers you know it already knows feel good, social, what our values are, our brand opinions, what we offer in general.

00:44:41.603 --> 00:44:43.713
I've trained out my brand voice, all that stuff, right.

00:44:43.713 --> 00:44:46.266
But then, specifically for this email sequence, I went to it.

00:44:46.266 --> 00:44:54.519
I told it exactly how people are coming onto the list through like a brand rituals freebie, right, I'm telling it who these people are fiction writers.

00:44:54.519 --> 00:44:58.271
You know it actually helped me create the freebie in the first place.

00:44:58.271 --> 00:45:00.958
So like it already knew all the details of that, right.

00:45:00.958 --> 00:45:06.228
But then I was like let's write the welcome sequence for this.

00:45:06.248 --> 00:45:07.512
I think that I want email one to be drop off the sequence.

00:45:07.512 --> 00:45:10.242
Email two is going to be sharing more like basic resources.

00:45:10.242 --> 00:45:15.342
Email three is introducing myself and like sharing a personal story about branding.

00:45:15.342 --> 00:45:15.583
You know.

00:45:15.583 --> 00:45:16.827
Email four is going to be this.

00:45:16.827 --> 00:45:19.833
Email five is going to be this, and I gave it the strategy.

00:45:19.833 --> 00:45:21.396
Then it helped me create an outline.

00:45:21.396 --> 00:45:36.588
And then we dove even deeper into individual emails and how we want those emails to go and finally we got to like the writing part of each individual email and like just breaking it down in those steps and like giving it the strategy and really giving it direction was super helpful.

00:45:36.588 --> 00:45:40.858
So like don't just go to chat GPD and be like help me write an email.

00:45:40.858 --> 00:45:45.612
You know you have to give it the strategy, you have to train it on your brand, right?

00:45:45.753 --> 00:45:47.144
yeah, that was so good.

00:45:47.144 --> 00:45:53.297
That little clip alone is really good for anyone who's like, how do I use this thing?

00:45:53.297 --> 00:45:56.027
Uh, that's huge and you're right, there's only it.

00:45:56.027 --> 00:46:09.076
It was you and one other person that I heard talking about how to infuse your brand into chat, like chat GPT, and everybody else is like, oh, here's a prompt.

00:46:09.076 --> 00:46:15.148
I'm like, yeah, but you are missing the other piece which is like the prompt for who and for what.

00:46:15.148 --> 00:46:33.355
What business like this is why we get these emails and this is why Chachi still cannot, even with these sometimes, like brand personas, still uses the really annoying things like unlock and transform and like the words that you're like trying to strip it.

00:46:33.355 --> 00:46:42.414
It can't because everyone keeps using the same prompts without giving it its brand and its person that it's like it's not getting specific enough.

00:46:42.454 --> 00:46:56.166
So that was really good, really good tips there oh, I, yeah, if you want me to go deeper into like making it, like training it on your brand voice, I totally can, because yeah, that's one of those things too.

00:46:56.166 --> 00:47:06.753
I'm such a word nerd like I have so been enjoying like getting chat to get to try, like trying to get chat to be to sound like me and guys.

00:47:06.753 --> 00:47:16.201
Just so you know for context, like I have probably only word for word used, copy pasted something from chat to be like I mean never.

00:47:16.585 --> 00:47:21.177
I got like I've gotten really really close to word for word, just like changing two words up.

00:47:21.177 --> 00:47:28.867
I got like I've gotten really really close to word for word, just like changing two words up maybe or something like two times.

00:47:28.867 --> 00:47:42.472
I think Right, and still like the stuff that it dishes up for me is so similar to me, to my voice, and like what I want to say and how I want to say it, because I've trained it, that I still write things in like five minutes and like I make like 10 changes usually to the copy that chat GPD throws my way and stuff.

00:47:42.472 --> 00:47:55.505
And or if it's just like deleting emojis, cause over emoji usage is another one or exactly swapping out words Like yeah, Unleash is another word loves any unword.

00:47:56.186 --> 00:47:56.987
It's so weird.

00:47:57.027 --> 00:48:04.956
It's like I, I this is a tangent, I'm sorry, I'm like why do we talk like that in normal life?

00:48:04.956 --> 00:48:06.858
I really am like I.

00:48:06.858 --> 00:48:11.443
I'm like I don't think we actually like humans actually talk like that.

00:48:11.443 --> 00:48:40.753
I think I don't often, like before chat GPT, I don't often hear people saying unleash and let's transform, like I hear more specific, specific descriptive adjectives and verbs and it's so interesting that girl Chachi has just kind of like taking those words and say we're just going to pump them up into this little word that we all use and I'm like I am tired of seeing this.

00:48:41.905 --> 00:48:46.396
You know, you know I mean of course there's like so many different reasons and stuff.

00:48:46.396 --> 00:49:04.333
But especially if you are using Chachi PT, if you're, you know, one of those popular things to be like act as a marketing strategist, be a you know copywriting expert, act as a marketing strategist, be a you know, copywriting expert, and those are words that copywriters use and that's marketing language Right.

00:49:04.333 --> 00:49:15.052
So like there's that, and also, just like I mean there are buzzwords that are just like loves to use its power language Right, and it is kind of convincing sometimes.

00:49:15.052 --> 00:49:22.315
You know, like a lot of times people use that when it's it's action language, it's probably it's like how chat gpt is being trained.

00:49:22.315 --> 00:49:31.106
It's it's the little nuances in the way that we're asking it to do things that and it and it tries to please us and it tries to give us what we want.

00:49:31.106 --> 00:49:34.072
But exactly, I'm like I use the.

00:49:34.211 --> 00:49:40.221
So I've been getting crucial a lot lately in my chat GPT, like everything is fricking crucial.

00:49:40.221 --> 00:49:52.201
I'm like I say important, and I say important without the T, cause I'm from Indiana, you know like no, but like yeah, it's like having those little things.

00:49:52.201 --> 00:49:54.193
It's like I always read, reread through things.

00:49:54.193 --> 00:49:55.992
I'm like is this something I would say every day.

00:49:55.992 --> 00:49:57.289
Is this how humans talk?

00:49:57.289 --> 00:50:03.427
No Do they say important instead of crucial.

00:50:03.427 --> 00:50:03.748
Yes Do they say.

00:50:03.748 --> 00:50:04.652
You know, I'm trying to think I have like go.

00:50:04.652 --> 00:50:14.114
I have like all these little go to words in my pocket that I'll just like swap out if Chachi keys, is it because I think you said this earlier, even if we ask it not to use specific words.

00:50:14.134 --> 00:50:19.621
That's one of the hardest things to really get chat gbp to like not, do you know?

00:50:19.621 --> 00:50:21.108
I will yell at it too.

00:50:21.170 --> 00:50:34.507
I'll be like I told you not to use emojis and it'll be like I apologize, you know here you go, like I'm like, oh, whatever, yeah, well, I think there's something, too, I want to bring to this.

00:50:34.507 --> 00:50:36.791
It's like it's a new tool.

00:50:36.791 --> 00:50:39.215
Have fun with it, you know.

00:50:39.215 --> 00:50:50.909
Yes, get like training around how you can best use it, become very well versed in it and knowing how to use it Kinsey has she'll share with you guys.

00:50:50.909 --> 00:50:52.753
She has lots of tools that can help you.

00:50:52.753 --> 00:51:38.532
But also, like it doesn't have to be this thing that's out to get you either, like I think that's important to say Earlier in the conversation I was talking about like how, back in the day, digital photography was like shunned upon for a while and now we have such a beautiful world of digital art in different ways and now, even now, like I have a client right now who has started using film photography and digital and it's like creating these beautiful like images of the two worlds kind of coming together, and I think there is there's room for you to have fun and play instead of just being like so worried that it's like out to get you or that it's going to take your time, or like it's a new tool.

00:51:38.672 --> 00:51:48.112
And I think we have to bring our curiosity and creativity to using new tools, especially if you're a business owner, especially if you especially for all my chronic illness warriors.

00:51:48.112 --> 00:51:53.010
If you are trying to save some spoons, this is a tool that can help you.

00:51:53.010 --> 00:51:54.632
It's not a tool that.

00:51:54.632 --> 00:51:56.396
That that's not like.

00:51:56.396 --> 00:51:57.844
It's not foolproof.

00:51:57.844 --> 00:52:02.789
There's nothing that's foolproof right, there's nothing that's foolproof, but it's definitely helpful.

00:52:02.789 --> 00:52:08.833
Think about when they start using AI for automation, marketing and just the like.

00:52:08.833 --> 00:52:27.826
Personal use, because I use it a lot for personal things like researching, doctors and all this other kind of stuff.

00:52:27.826 --> 00:52:35.027
But, like, how, what are some things that you would say are your top three things when thinking about AI?

00:52:36.250 --> 00:52:38.875
Oh yeah, oh, the top three.

00:52:38.875 --> 00:52:42.989
Okay, I know Well, I think we hit on like a lot, quite a few of them.

00:52:42.989 --> 00:52:47.827
You know like I might end up just sharing a few, more than three, but I'll try to keep it.

00:52:47.827 --> 00:52:52.856
But you know, firstly, bringing your own brand to it.

00:52:52.856 --> 00:52:57.733
It's up to you to tell it who your brand is and who it's speaking to, and also bring your own ideas.

00:52:57.733 --> 00:53:04.030
Tell it who your brand is and who it's speaking to, and also bring your own ideas to it, your own expertise to it.

00:53:04.371 --> 00:53:15.262
Like I said, like I think that one of the best ways to use it to get it to help me do my work more quickly is to I gave it the email welcome sequence strategy.

00:53:15.262 --> 00:53:17.436
I wasn't like what is an email welcome sequence strategy for this?

00:53:17.436 --> 00:53:19.367
I't like what is an email welcome sequence strategy for this?

00:53:19.367 --> 00:53:35.625
I was like here is how I want the sequence to go, and or like if I wouldn't have known what email I wanted for email for in the welcome sequence, I might have asked it that, but I didn't just expect it to give me everything I kind of like guide it along and work with it.

00:53:36.068 --> 00:53:38.545
And same thing with, like, my brand voice and all those different things.

00:53:38.545 --> 00:53:44.117
So bringing yourself to these and using them as an assistant tool is always great.

00:53:44.117 --> 00:53:58.137
Remembering that the golden rules of chat GPT, which is that it is not always correct Firstly, it's not always factual and it's not always correct for your brand, right?

00:53:58.137 --> 00:54:00.527
So just remembering and it can be very convincing.

00:54:00.527 --> 00:54:05.617
So just remembering to always maintain autonomy over the output.

00:54:05.617 --> 00:54:06.867
Remembering this is a conversation.

00:54:06.887 --> 00:54:15.273
This isn't a perfect tool, and I love what you just said too, because you know we do tend to think of this as just another tool.

00:54:15.273 --> 00:54:21.048
Like, you go to Google and you Google something and you're pretty much going to get the same search results.

00:54:21.048 --> 00:54:28.356
This, like every time you Google, right, unless, like, if you Google the same thing, within five minutes, each other the same things are going to pop up.

00:54:28.356 --> 00:54:30.809
That is not the same for ChachiBT.

00:54:30.809 --> 00:54:35.177
That's why it is called AI, artificial intelligence.

00:54:35.177 --> 00:54:51.708
It has a mind of its own and it's really funny if you kind of start thinking of it as a bumbly assistant sometimes or whatever it is like, then you can kind of like find more humor in the times when it doesn't necessarily give you what you want, right, like, and it's hilarious.

00:54:51.748 --> 00:54:54.213
Now, I've been on so many chat GPT trainings.

00:54:54.213 --> 00:55:13.626
I've trained on chat GPT myself and I swear, every time I like attend a chat GPT training by multiple different people, there's something that pops up that the people are like oh, this didn't happen when I used this prop before and we all just kind of laugh about it because it's chat GPT.

00:55:13.626 --> 00:55:15.427
Oh, chat GPT, you know.

00:55:15.427 --> 00:55:17.608
And so just remembering that for sure.

00:55:17.608 --> 00:55:29.918
And then, yeah, just like remembering that, like, you're allowed to use AI in how, whatever way you want to use it for you you know you don't have to be using it for all the things you know.

00:55:30.199 --> 00:55:34.961
you can use it to automate things, you can use it to write things for you, but like at the same time.

00:55:34.961 --> 00:55:37.643
If you don't like, that's okay.

00:55:37.643 --> 00:55:43.335
If you start slow, that's okay, because it's just like anything else it can get, it can be easy to get sucked into.

00:55:43.335 --> 00:55:45.648
Now I have to learn all these things Like.

00:55:45.648 --> 00:55:46.188
There's so much like.

00:55:46.188 --> 00:55:49.157
It can be so much more overwhelming and like.

00:55:49.157 --> 00:55:53.150
And especially when people are telling you you have to do this, you have to do that.

00:55:53.150 --> 00:55:56.233
I ran into that when I went to a podcast conference.

00:55:56.233 --> 00:56:02.338
It was like everybody was being like you're not doing video podcasting, I'm like shut up.

00:56:03.186 --> 00:56:04.378
Like no, it doesn't work for me.

00:56:04.418 --> 00:56:04.963
You're not alone.

00:56:04.963 --> 00:56:06.771
You're not alone.

00:56:06.771 --> 00:56:09.527
I was the same person, everybody's just.

00:56:09.527 --> 00:56:16.005
I'm just getting into like having video as as a part of being like for the marketing of the podcast it's.

00:56:16.005 --> 00:56:19.054
I still have no plans to start a video podcast.

00:56:19.054 --> 00:56:20.708
I have no plans for it, none.

00:56:21.809 --> 00:56:22.351
Thank you.

00:56:22.351 --> 00:56:24.434
Okay, here's, here's my thing.

00:56:24.434 --> 00:56:25.797
Okay, this is what I tell everyone.

00:56:25.797 --> 00:56:35.007
I'm like okay, I started authentic AI podcast thinking, yep, I'm going to go for it, I'm going to just buckle down, I'm going to do video podcasting and guess what I did it.

00:56:35.007 --> 00:56:43.271
I posted episode number one and I didn't post another episode for like a month and a half because I couldn't get the freaking videos done.

00:56:43.271 --> 00:56:44.552
So guess what?

00:56:44.552 --> 00:56:46.012
Instead, I'm just doing audio.

00:56:46.012 --> 00:56:47.614
That's manageable for me.

00:56:47.614 --> 00:56:51.456
I can put it out there, and I have gained so many students.

00:56:51.456 --> 00:56:55.298
I have gained so many new audience members to my email list.

00:56:55.298 --> 00:57:01.282
I have, like, made so many new connections because I'm showing up in the way that I am capable of.

00:57:04.844 --> 00:57:09.554
You know, girl, that's a whole nother episode about doing what works for you so you can show up and actually do the thing.

00:57:09.554 --> 00:57:10.467
We already know.

00:57:10.467 --> 00:57:16.125
We already know, but we're not going down that road today.

00:57:16.125 --> 00:57:23.699
Thank you so much for coming and keeping it real, about keeping AI authentic and real for you.

00:57:23.699 --> 00:57:26.193
What are some tools that you have?

00:57:26.193 --> 00:57:30.215
I will vouch for Kinsey's tools again right now.

00:57:30.215 --> 00:57:35.931
One of the points that she said are the three things about approaching it with you.

00:57:35.931 --> 00:58:00.916
About approaching it with you If you're working with a coach or a mentor or a consultant, nine times out of the 10, they are giving you the strategy you need in order to do this thing and instead of using it like, oh, now I want to create a new one, use the strategy that your coach or your mentor gave you and give it to Chachi to help you create this thing.

00:58:00.996 --> 00:58:04.632
You don't have to go and try to reinvent the wheel and beat your coach.

00:58:04.632 --> 00:58:05.574
That don't make any sense.

00:58:05.574 --> 00:58:31.510
People Some of my clients have been using a lot of your course that you have and some other things I think they have been using, like some cheap checklist sheets I don't remember, but they've been telling me they've been using it to like formulate the strategy that I've given them in their business with Chachi in order to create some of the content and things like that ideas.

00:58:31.510 --> 00:58:33.416
So tell us a little bit about some of the things you've got.

00:58:35.626 --> 00:58:36.688
Oh, totally.

00:58:36.688 --> 00:58:40.056
I'm so excited to hear that your clients are using my stuff.

00:58:40.056 --> 00:58:40.677
I love it.

00:58:40.677 --> 00:58:42.307
So, yeah, okay.

00:58:42.307 --> 00:58:44.655
So free stuff, free stuff.

00:58:44.675 --> 00:58:51.934
We have the podcast which I interview experts and also just like dish up practical, practical, approachable tips for sure.

00:58:51.934 --> 00:58:53.217
So, authentic AI podcast.

00:58:53.217 --> 00:58:55.449
Just Google that on your podcast platforms.

00:58:55.449 --> 00:58:58.496
I also just released I'm so excited about this.

00:58:58.496 --> 00:59:10.715
I'm calling it the authentic AI tech toolkit because I know tech overwhelm is real when it comes to AI tools and, like so many out there, how do you choose what's right for you?

00:59:10.715 --> 00:59:15.132
And like also wait, what was that one tool that that one person told me about, like I don't know?

00:59:15.132 --> 00:59:28.309
So I created a free, just like online digital hub, a library, where I'm just like adding all of the recommended tools that I hear from podcast guests in our authentic AI community.

00:59:28.309 --> 00:59:32.005
So it's all tools that have been tried and tested for various things, right?

00:59:32.005 --> 00:59:43.634
So if you're just interested in what tools should I choose, then that's a really great resource and also my brand persona for Chachi PT mini course, I think, is what a lot of your clients have been using.

00:59:44.114 --> 00:59:45.197
So that really helps.

00:59:45.197 --> 00:59:50.896
It's an hour long ish course and I give you all the prompts and step-by-step stuff.

00:59:50.896 --> 00:59:55.273
You need to train Chachi PT on your brand persona, right.

00:59:55.273 --> 00:59:58.364
So we walk you through the process of telling Chachi PT who your brand is, what you care.

00:59:58.364 --> 01:00:17.809
We walk you through the process of telling Chachi PT who your brand is, what you care about, who you're speaking to, who your ideal customers are, and then there's two methods for training Chachi PT to sound like you and, on your brand voice, to write copy for you and whatnot, and so I share both of those in the mini course too, depending on which one works for you.

01:00:17.809 --> 01:00:20.356
So, yeah, those are probably the best resources.

01:00:20.356 --> 01:00:30.329
I'm about to launch a content made easy with ChatGPT course, which I'm super excited about as well, and that's taking it a little bit next level with content creation with ChatGPT.

01:00:30.329 --> 01:00:34.284
So if anyone's interested in that, that should be coming soon, yeah.

01:00:34.686 --> 01:00:36.371
Very, very cool.

01:00:36.371 --> 01:00:39.965
Yes, I, like I said, check it out.

01:00:39.965 --> 01:00:49.793
We'll have the links to the, to all of the stuff in the show notes and you can connect with Kinsey there and learn all about both brands Authentic AI and Feel Good Social.

01:00:49.793 --> 01:00:52.706
And yeah, thank you so much for being here.

01:00:52.706 --> 01:00:55.271
This was fun and it was lovely to catch up with you.

01:00:56.333 --> 01:00:58.097
Oh, thank you so much for having me, lady.

01:00:58.097 --> 01:00:58.945
I've so enjoyed it.

01:01:02.693 --> 01:01:05.358
