With 15 years of experience in the international education and leadership development fields, Jessica helps forward-thinking community leaders and companies create diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible spaces and practices through her consultation, advising, training, and curriculum design services. Jessica approaches her work through a Universal Design lens, driven by her own experience with invisible disabilities and chronic health issues. Jessica has her MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University, a DEI certificate from eCornell, and her Mental Health First Aid certification.
