Kelsie Delisle is an award-winning sugar artist who specializes in creating handcrafted sugar flowers for wedding cakes. Despite graduating with a business management degree, Kelsie followed her passion for cakes and worked in bakeries for over a decade. After a rocky maternity leave in 2021 with a lot of come-to-Jesus moments, Kelsie went full-time as the CEO of Sugar Flowers by Kelsie Cakes, a business she started as a side hustle in 2015.
Now, Kelsie exclusively focuses on creating her beautiful Sugar Flowers, which decorate wedding cakes worldwide and have been featured on Good Morning America.
Outside of working, Kelsie loves reading, ice skating, going to the beach, and watching hockey, and luckily, her husband and toddler love those things too.
Kelsie also shares about her experiences with postpartum depression, neurodivergence, and type 1 diabetes. Kelsie hopes her story can increase awareness and understanding of mental health issues and chronic health conditions, and that she can inspire others to pursue their passions and live their best lives.
