Nikkei is a first-generation eldest daughter and Certified Health & Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches.

After realizing she was taking on others responsibilities and showing up for everyone except herself, Nikkei learned how to use her strengths as an eldest daughter to create a healthy and balanced life, have a real friendship with her siblings, and take true quality time for herself.

She is passionate about teaching eldest daughters how to achieve their goals in relationships, work/life balance, and health that are centered on self-love -rather than guilt. Through her work, Nikkei helps eldest daughters reclaim time and money for themselves by creating healthy adult relationships.
