Working through anxiety and imposter syndrome with Ruth Terrero

Living with chronic illness is just one of the life hurdles many of us live with while growing a creative business. But one of the things that we don't hear a lot about is how anxiety, fear, and imposter syndrome can be like a chronic condition. It affects how we feel both inside and out, therefore directly affecting everything that we do. Unfortunately, it is also can be so intense that it holds us back from doing what we love.

So in today’s episode, I’m speaking with a friend and client, Ruth Terrero, a destination wedding photographer based out of Tampa who is courageously acknowledging anxiety, fear, and imposter feeling and working through it in a way that honors where she’s at now, where she’s come from and where she’s headed. These things are a part of the journey but are not who she is, and I'm guessing the same can be said about you. 

In this conversation, we really dive deep into the thought behind how we decide to work through anxiety, fear, and not-enoughness.
